Solutions was established in 1997 by Tony Biddlecombe.
Initially the main activity was as a Hotel and Catering Systems
consultancy but over the last 3 years the company has become
a software development company for Hotels. As a result of this
evolution Sunshine Solutions has extensive experience in running
training courses and expertise in systems implementation and
project management. This expertise has proved essential when
developing IT solutions and systems for Hotels.

1. CROL – Credit Requests On-Line –
a web based application to assist hotel sales/finance staff
in the credit management process. Credit checking of companies
on a central database, logging of all requests, company search
and credit application processes. Reduce the manpower required
and the costs of credit vetting.
2. Sales Ledger Consolidation – Aged
debtors across hotels, data imported weekly from Fidelio system.
Linked to CROL system to check credit limits and valid Account
Numbers. This system provides detailed analysis and debt trending.

3. Stock Control – Food & Liquor
stock control package. Simple and effective and helps to reduce
stock taking fees.
4. TAMS – Web based training and activity
management system. Used to plan and organise employee attendance
of conferences, exhibitions and training courses. Control
training course cost and identify training needs.
5. TABS – Taliesin Audited Business
System – Daily business done, revenue, statistics and
control account reconciliation. Downloads from front office
and uploads to accounting systems.
6. El Colibri –Management Information
System – Designed to meet the shortfall in management
information in Front Office Systems. Designed to inspire new
marketing and sales strategies. Provides history of client
spend average room rate, F & B Spend, Length of Stay analysis
and lead in times per client. Provides analysis of Business
on Books, High Demand periods, agent and company relationship
analysis and production reporting.
7. El Colibri – Contact Management
System – Web based system to handle sales activity,
contracting and data mining. Designed for use by Client Account
Managers who need access to the latest client information
whilst away from the office
